Open Call: Art Cube Artists’ Studios

Open Call Art Cube Artists’ Studios

Art Cube Artists’ Studios, located in the Talpiot neighborhood and established by the Jerusalem Foundation, issued a global open call to create a mural in the front of their building in Jerusalem.

Open  to Jerusalemites and artists the world over, Art Cube  seeks works of art that relate to Art Cube’s place in Jerusalem, and specifically, its location in the Talpiot neighborhood.

Proposals can be submitted by solo artists or as collaborations between two artists. Israeli artists who wish to invite and collaborate with an artist working abroad are invited to submit a joint proposal.

The selected artist will receive:

  • 1000$ artist fee (in the case of two artists, each artist will receive a 1000$ fee)
  • A budget of up to 1000$ to cover materials
  • Artists will be invited as guests of Art Cube Artists’ Studios international artist residency program, LowRes Jerusalem. The organization will pay for the international artist’s flights and accommodation, and cover 500 NIS travel expense of the local artist.

The Jerusalem Foundation is proud to support projects that create new and innovative art in public spaces. We look forward to seeing the final product!
