About the project
The First International Symposium on Intervention & Stimulation in Infant Development brought together 600 professionals from 20 countries working in the field of early childhood intervention. The week-long event enabled leading pediatricians, child psychiatrists, neurologists and others to address issues including environmental influences in infant development, prevention of development delays and treatment of children with severe disorders. The Jerusalem Foundation support provided stipends for leading practitioners from South America and Southeast Asia to attend the symposium.
