About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation has supported dozens of small music, dance and theater ensembles over the years. Groups have ranged from children’s choirs to immigrant orchestras and contemporary dance troupes. Music ensembles that have received support include the: Opera Center for Children, Beit Hillel Orchestra, Caprizma Orchestra, Baroque Music Ensemble, Chamber Opera Theater, Cantos Choir, World Youth Choir and Camerata Ramot. Dance ensembles have included the: Movements Ensemble, Opus Dance Group, Ensemble Jerusalem Dance Group, Yaron Margolin Dance Group and Synapsa Dance. Theater ensembles have included Pyramid Theater, Dror Theater, Cylender Theater, Comedion Theater, Mikro Theater, Mifgash Theater, Kadim Theater, Jerusalem English Speaking Theater and the Thespis Festival.
