About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation supported a municipal program beginning in 1991that provided group sessions facilitated by professionals to familiarize immigrant parents from the former Soviet Union with the Israeli education system and to help them cope with the special problems faced by their children during their initial absoprtion into Israeli society.
