About the project
The Liechtenstein Library is modern, well laid out, light and airy library. And from the windows it is possible to see all around the Bilingual School campus. The furnishings were courtesy of donors from the Austrian Federal Ministry for Education Arts and Culture along with the Austrian Development Agency . They are particularly unusual for a school library as they consist of large foam blocks and cushions, making it very comfortable and inviting for the average bookworm,. The Library contains books in both languages and has two Arabic speaking librarians, the second Arabic speaking librarian is responsible for cataloging the books on computer, and tracking the lending status of the children, as well as preparing texts for the school web site.
