About the project
The Al & Rose Stillman Garden includes lawns, sitting areas and game tables in the commercial center of Kiryat Hayovel. Along with the Elaine & Norman Winik Garden, the Stillman Garden was renovated and incorporated into a larger town square-style park in 2001.
