About the project
The Beit Hanina Preparatory School for Boys is an elementary and junior high school for boys from Shu’afat and Beit Hanina. The Jerusalem Foundation supported auditorium renovations and furnishings for the school in 1974 and later purchased equipment. The school also served as a community center for many years, providing facilities for after school activities and housing a public library branch founded in 1969. Some of these services moved to the Beit Hanina Community Center when it was built.
