About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation created the Edward Smouha Sports Ground, a soccer and basketball court located next to the WIZO Haberer Youth Center, in 1996. By 2005, approximately 700 people were using the facility each week, including groups of disabled youth brought to the facility by the Shekel organization. The Foundation resurfaced and renovated the courts in 2006.
