About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation established the Emek Refa’im Youth Club near the Yehuda Halevy School and behind the Henrietta Szold Elementary School in the German Colony in 1986. The facility includes a small building and an outdoor sport court. It is the only club of its kind in the neighborhood.
