About the project
The garden is a gift of the Friends of the former Director General of the Foreign Ministry and Ambasador to Switzerland. The Gideon Rafael Memorial Deer Garden with its Oak, Pistachio and Olive trees surrounding a spring and waterfall, contributes immeasurably to the Persian Fallow Deer conservation project. From the observation point, one can watch and photograph the deer as the come to drink from the spring.
