About the project
In 1991, Solo and Maurice Dwek, together with their cousins Raoul and Robert de Picciotto, enabled the Jerusalem Foundation to respond to Jerusalem’s emergency needs during the Gulf War. The funds were used to support vulnerable elderly residents, including assistance making their homes safe and fitting gas masks.
