About the project
The Isaac & Rose Taylor Community Center was built in the Kiryat Hayovel neighborhood in 1961.The center is under the auspices of the Sally & Philip W. Lown Youth & Community Center, also located in Kiryat Hayovel. The facility includes an auditorium, youth wing and sport center with a pool that is located behind the community center building. The Jerusalem Foundation supported renovation of the center in 2006.
