About the project
JARDIN DE ESPANA– PLAZA DE TOLEDO a gift of a private donor in honor of the city of Toledo. Dedication of the Garden took place on the 10th of November 1993 in the presence of His Majesty King Juan Carlos I, Queen Sophia & the Mayor of Toledo, Joaquin Sanchez Garrido. The garden holds a beautifully crafted ceramic plaque given by the people of Toledo, and depicting the Old City of Toledo during Spain’s “Golden Age” when Christian, Jew and Moslem lived in peace together. , .
