About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation supported construction of the Joseph & Caroline Gruss Day Care Center in 1978. The center was one of the first child care facilities built in Gilo Alef, the first area built in Gilo in 1972. The day care center is operated by the Women’s International Zionist Organization (WIZO).
