About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation created eight Joseph & Caroline Gruss Kindergartens by building and renovating existing kindergarten buildings throughout the city in 1974-75. The kindergartens, which are usually freestanding, two-classroom facilities, are located in the neighborhoods of French Hill, Givat Sha’ul, Talpiot, East Talpiot, Neve Ya’acov and A-tur.
