About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation established the Louis & Bess Stein Mother & Child Care Center in French Hill in 1976, when the neighborhood was under development. In the 1990s, the facility was adapted for use as the Louis & Bess Stein Community Club, a small community center that provides afterschool programs and other services for children and adults from the Ramat Eshkol, Givat Hamivtar and French Hill neighborhoods.
