About the project
In 1984, the Jerusalem Foundation supported the construction of the Mitzpe Ramot Synagogue in the Ramot Bet neighborhood. The synagogue included a sanctuary with seating for 160 people and a study hall. In 1992, it supported renovations to and expansion of the synagogue to meet growing needs. Renovations included new furnishings, lighting and air conditioning and construction of a library. The remodelled facility seats 250 people inside and an additional 150 on an outdoor patio.
