About the project
The Nachman Plaza, also known as Beit Hadfus (Printing House) Square, serves as a meeting place and site of art fairs and other events in the Nachalat Shiva shopping district. The plaza was created in memory of Nachman Salomon, who was born in this historic neighborhood and became a pioneer of industry in Israel. A sculpture by Israeli artist Moti Mizrachi was erected in the plaza in 1999.
