About the project
The Neve Chemed Community Center is a branch of the Joseph & Caroline Gruss Community Center serving residents of the Ezrat Tora, Tel Arza and Sanhedria neighborhoods. The Jerusalem Foundation has supported several activites at the center, including a single mothers’ program, and supported the purchase computers and other equipment in 2001.
