About the project
The Oscar Joseph Kindergarten is a freestanding, two-classroom kindergarten located at the base of several apartment buildings in the residential Pisgat Ze’ev North neighborhood. The Jerusalem Foundation supported building construction in 1994, and later, the purchase of books and educational materials.
