About the project
The Rubovich Street Kindergarten served residents of the eastern side of the East Talpiot neighborhood. The two-story, freestanding building originally served two kindergarten classes and later was divided between a regular kindergarten and a special needs kindergarten. The Jerusalem Foundation supported renovations to the first-floor kindergarten in 1990. The kindergarten was later closed due to declining enrollment.
