About the project
The Talpiot Adventure Playground was built in an area under large pine trees in the residential Talpiot neighborhood. Creation of the playground included construction of stone walls and installation of ping pong tables and other play equipment, but the focus was a unique, multi-faceted timber play construction that included slides, swings, rope ladders and other climbing features. Over the years, the heavily used equipment deteriorated, and in 1997, the playground was renovated, including installation of new play equipment.
