About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation supported creation of an outdoor play area at a kindergarten on Uruguay Street in the Kiryat Hayovel neighborhood in 1989. The kindergarten is one of several Jerusalem Foundation-supported projects within a park-like area between apartment buildings on Guatemala and Uruguay Streets.
