About the project
The Vi Rubens Club served youth and senior citizens of the Nachla’ot neighborhood. The club was created by renovating the upper floors of an early 20th Century residential building on Bezalel Street that had been unoccupied for many years. Work included restoring electricity, plumbing, and other basic services and providing equipment and furnishings to create a place for organized activities for youth and seniors.
