About the project
The Victor M. & Adrea Carter Garden & Playground was built in 1972 and originally included stone paving, landscaping, benches and play equipment, including The Owl, a stone play sculpture Dina Even-Tov. The garden was later expanded and renovated to include additional walkways, benches and landscaping, new play equipment and a water fountain.
