About the project
The Neighborhood Cultural Program was created to bring music, art and theater to Jerusalem neighborhoods. Programs were offered monthly in community centers in Gilo, Romema, Baka, Kiryat Menachem, Neve Ya’acov, Kiryat Yovel, Morasha and other neighborhoods over many years.
