About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation supported construction of the Milton Petrie Garden in 1982. The park originally consisted of a landscaped sitting area on the corner of Derech Shchem & Dalman Street. The municipality later enlarged the garden to include a sportcourt and playground. Dove, a small stone sculpture created by Dov Heller as part of the Jerusalem Stone Sculpture Workshop, was erected in the garden in 1992.
