About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation subsidized the participation of children of recent immigrants from the former Soviet Union in enrichment programs at various community centers beginning in 1990. The program, overseen by the Jerusalem Association of Community Centers, enabled thousands of children to take sports, art, music and dance lessons over several years.
