About the project

The Gilo Religious Elementary School Bet was a religious public school that served the Gilo Bet neighborhood. The Jerusalem Foundation renovated and equipped a library in the school in 1986, when the school served 650 students in grades 1-6, many of them new immigrants and children from underprivileged families. The school later merged with the Gilo Religious Elementary School Alef and moved to a new facility on Tirosh Street. The school facility became home to the Eretz Hatsvi High School, a religious school that focuses on Land of Israel and environmental studies.
