About the project

Hama’abada (the Lab) is a performing arts center founded in 2003 by Jerusalem Venture Partners. Hama’abada provides a stage for original and avant-garde theater, music, dance, video art and other performances. It is located in a converted warehouse on the site of the old Jerusalem train station and includes a 160-seat theater, a bar and a restaurant. The Jerusalem Foundation has supported various performances and events.
