About the project
Hora, the Municipal Association for Dance & Song, is a Jerusalem-based company established to serve the Israeli public and to bring Israeli dance and song to the international stage. The company seeks to give expression to the various ethnic groups in Israel and those who come to Israel from other parts of the world, and to forge a modern dance that draws its inspiration from the Biblical roots of the Jewish people, Israel’s history and landscape. Hora has several groups for children and performing ensembles for ages14-45.
