About the project
The Mamilla Youth Club was created by renovating an existing building on King Solomon Street in Mamilla in 1970. The club provided children and youth with homework help, afterschool activities, including folk dancing and arts and crafts. The project was one of the first youth club/community centers in the city. The club was later closed in connection with commercial/residential development of the area.
