About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation created the Nelson A. Rockefeller Garden next to the Rockefeller Archeological Museum in 1972 in honor of the then-Governor of the State of New York. The park is the central green space of the Wadi el-Joz neighborhood. It includes a large lawn, olive trees, benches and play equipment, which has been replaced over the years.
