About the project

The Pathway Drug Treatment Daycare Center for Adolescents is Jerusalem’s first adolescent drug treatment center.The center serves up to 60 young people at a time through programs for school drop-outs, teens who remain enrolled in school despite their drug use, and teens with their families.The center also provides a hotline and a weekly support group. It is operated by the Jerusalem Anti-Drug Association, a branch of the national Israel Anti-Drug Authority.The Jerusalem Foundation supported renovations to the Pathway facility in the city center in 2002 and relocation and renovation of the center to the Abu Tor neighborhood in 2003. It has since supported ongoing activities.
