About the project
The Riva Rapoport Day Care Center is a preschool for children aged 2-4 operated by Na’amat. The center is a freestanding structure located on the eastern edge of East Talpiot, immediately adjacent to the Arab village of Jabel Mukaber. The Jerusalem Foundation established the center in 1978 to serve the young families of the then-new East Talpiot neighborhood, and has continued to support the center over the years, enabling numerous building repair projects to be carried out and new furniture and equipment, including computers and games, to be purchased.
