About the project
The Jerusalem Foundation built a freestanding kindergarten in Silwan in 1985. The building includes two classrooms, a kitchenette, bathrooms and a storage area and serves approximately 50 children. The Silwan Coeducational Elementary School was later built next to the kindergarten.
