Culture under Covid

Culture under Covid

In response to the Coronavirus health and economic crisis, the Jerusalem Foundation has continued to provide support and a safety net for our most vulnerable residents from all population groups in the city.  As restrictions have begun to ease in Israel and the world begins to slowly emerge from this global crisis, the Jerusalem Foundation is now leading the way in creating an innovative exit strategy which will help the city recover and find a new way to thrive in the shadow of the pandemic.  Culture, arts and community are the life of a city.  Jerusalem cultural institutions, artists and cross cultural organizations are finding ways to come back to activity within the limits of the new restrictions (known in Israel as the purple badge) in place to protect us from the spread of the Coronavirus.  These models could be an example for the rest of Israel and the world.
